Client Success Associate

Success Associate? You will ensure timely collections, business growth, and great client references by delivering business value, effective reviews, and efficient service delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and pitching our products and services to enterprises.

  • Evaluate the data collected through task analysis, business process, surveys, and client meetings.

  • Development of new business opportunities through new customer lead generation & Follow-up of all the leads generated through various sources.

  • Understand customer requirements to create bills of material/order.

  • Creation of proposal for direct sales.

  • Follow up with customer for sales closure.

  • Creation and tracking of MIS of assigned customers.

  • Creation, review, closure of customer contracts.

  • Manage invoicing and collection cycle of customers.

  • Coordinate with customers and our technical / business teams and manage customer project deployments and service delivery.

  • Ensure timely paperwork and payment follow-up from allocated accounts.

  • Assist in customer RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and proposals to support timely completion by the sales team.

  • Ensuring customer happiness by staying in regular contact.

  • Coordinate with customers (for assigned accounts) for account life cycle management and communicate with technical / business teams to manage customer project deployments and project/service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent in Verbal and Written English Communication

  • Proficient in MS Excel/ Spreadsheets

  • Well-versed with google environment (Google – Emails, Documents, Spreadsheets)

  • Strong listening and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands.

  • B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Computers MBA/PGDM in Information Technology, Marketing, Other Management with 5 to 8 years of experience.
