Key Account Sales Manager – Mumbai

You will be farming accounts and performing concept/solution sales for our enterprise cloud solutions focusing on customer interaction automation. Excellent communication and analytical skills; past history of conversing with C-level / VP executives / decision-makers. Go-getter and amazing sales professional!

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare business use-cases and solutions as per client
  • Conduct weekly operation calls and monthly/quarterly reviews to ensure solution delivery is meeting SLAs.
  • Liase with clients for scoping, commercial negotiation and timely project delivery.
  • Work towards closure of deals as per management expectations.
  • Build and manage strategic client relationship to ensure greater business.
  • Identify and create upsell/cross-sell opportunities across clients.
  • Farm clients for additional sales contacts.
  • Develop client case-studies, testimonials to support in marketing initiatives.
  • Take to sales closure leads received through marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure timely billing, invoice processing and payments from clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduation in BCA/B.Tech/B.E. – Computers, Electronics/Telecommunication, Information Technology AND MBA (IIMs/tier 1 preferred)
  • Prior experience in pre-sales, sales or key account management.
  • Proficient in Office software (Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented and analytical.
  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
